Return Policy for Mayrake
Eligibility for Returns:
Product must be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Returned Product must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Product that are damaged, altered, or show signs of wear (e.g., stains, perfume, makeup marks) may not be accepted for return.
Seasonal promotions and clearance sales: Product purchased during these events may have different return conditions. Please refer to the specific sale terms at the time of purchase.
Return and Exchange Process:
Initiating a Return: Customers can initiate a return by visiting our [Return Portal/Website] or contacting our customer service team at [info@mayrake.com] within 3 days of receipt of the product.
Packing and Shipping: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, tag along with the receipt or proof of purchase. Products sent in different packaging / without tags will not be eligible for a full refund.
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5-7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.
Refunds:
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.) within 10-14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
If the original payment method is no longer valid, store credit will be issued instead.
Shipping fees, return shipping fees, and any non-refundable charges (such as duties and taxes) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
Store Credit Option (US): Customers opting for store credit instead of a refund will receive a bonus credit of 10% of the item’s value as a thank you.
Exchanges:
We offer free exchanges for Product of a different size. To initiate an exchange, follow the standard return process, select the "Exchange" option, and indicate the desired size.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is out of stock, you will be notified, and you would like to return your purchase for a new item altogether, you may return for store credit and use the credit towards any other item on our site. For Product of a different style, please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
The product for exchange must be in unworn and unused condition, with all tags and original packaging.
During busy periods like sales events and holidays, return processing times may be longer due to higher demand. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Items purchased during sale events are not eligible for refunds; all such sales are considered final.
Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours or before they are shipped, whichever comes first. After 24 hours, cancellations are allowed only under special circumstances at Mayrake.com’s discretion, with refunds issued as a credit voucher. Cancellation requests must be emailed to info@mayrake.com; phone or chat cancellations are not accepted. Orders made during the Annual Sale are non-cancellable.
Return Shipping Costs:
International Returns/Domestic Customers: Customers are responsible for all international/Domestic return shipping costs, including duties, taxes, and customs fees. The return process may take longer for international orders due to customs clearance.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Product:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide a prepaid return label and arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
